In any company, of any size, it is common the need to have a unified, on-brand, email signature across all the employees.

Indeed, there are many services that allow to create email signatures and configure the email accounts of employees.

Usually, email signature management software work in different way. You have to upload the employees data into their software, configure the template and download to one or more recipient the signature.
